We currently use Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this service.
We aim to have your handmade item/s with you within 3 to 5 working days, with the exception of those that are made to order. The estimated delivery time will be specified in the product listing.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to arrange return or exchange. Please kindly make sure that they are unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
In the case of handmade clothing we are happy for you to try them on, however if you are to return the item please do make sure that they have not been used for breastfeeding, are unwashed and clean - free from dirt and marks. We check all our handmade clothing prior to sending, however if you do find defect with your item please take a photograph and send it to us by email within 24 hours of receiving (you will need to contact us using our contact page first). You will need to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. A refund will be returned to your PayPal account within 14 days once we have received and inspected the item, providing that it is in its original condition. If you are exchanging for another size we will take care of the postage at our end. Unfortunately specific made to order items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault that has not been detected by us at the initial check of the item.

How it works: We are a small business and do not manufacture our clothing on a large scale. Once an item of clothing has been made it will be uploaded into the shop. If you do not see your size please feel free to email us to discuss an order.
We use 100% organic fabric, and non - toxic water based ink for printing. We print in an environmentally conscious studio.
Most of our items require a cold wash cycle, tumble dried low and ironed on low/medium. Some will require hand washing.
